The Bodge family in America, ca. 1860-1912.

ArchivalResource

The Bodge family in America, ca. 1860-1912.

Material, collected by Bodge, over a series of more than 50 years. It was nearly ready for printing in 1912 when illness prevented the completion of the work. The records were placed in the Maine Historical Society shortly after Bodge's death and remained there for several years. In 1933 for the value of preservation and in order that the material be available for use, with permission of Walter G. Davis, president of the society, the genealogy was made ready for binding by another family member.
